1969 and the one where they got weird with the horns and strings. It threw some fans at the time, but listen now and it’s a fascinating detour - part lounge cabaret, part psych rock, part Morrison going full theatrical preacher. FFO: psychedelic Vegas, rock operas that never quite got written, and organ riffs colliding with a brass section.
