Sebastian Murphy’s still ranting about swamp women, bad diets, and his dog’s dental bills, but the band’s tighter than ever: sax squalls, synth stabs, and guitars that sound like they crawled out of a ditch. “Man Made of Meat” and “Uno II” are pure chaos; “River King” closes it out like a drunk Nick Cave at karaoke.
