Liquid Skin takes Gomez’s scruffy charm and blows it out widescreen - swampy blues grooves, psychedelic flourishes, and that trademark mix of gravelly vocals and lush harmonies. It’s the sound of a band suddenly confident in their weirdness, swapping pub backrooms for bigger rooms without losing the smoke or the soul.
