First press 2025.
Recorded in a remote studio on the Isle of Lewis (where ancient stone circles stare into the void and the Wi-Fi doesn’t), Holy Scum’s second album is what happens when GNOD and Dälek go full isolationist. Ferry rides, storms, misfortune — and somehow it birthed their most focused, cathartic noise yet. Still blisteringly heavy, still abstract, but now threaded with something more human: grief, grit, rebirth.
Call it sludge-rap, doom-punk, or just sonic exorcism — whatever it is, it hits hard.
FFO: Dälek, GNOD, Fugazi on a bender, Voivod in slow motion, Killing Joke after a pagan retreat
