Peak floppy fringe era Primal Scream. All jangly guitars, tambourines and standing about looking like they’ve just read The Byrds’ Wikipedia once and decided that’s their personality now. No rave whistles, no leather trousers, just pure Creation Records shimmer and wide eyed indie optimism. Honestly, it’s so sweet and naïve it loops back round to being class.
