Four Tet doing that weird little left turn he likes to do. Beautiful Rewind is the one where he chucks away the big emotional build ups and goes back to raw beats and strange samples. Bits of garage, old rave energy, chopped vocals, scrappy drums. Feels loose and a bit chaotic but it somehow all works. One of those records that sounds like it was made very quickly and very instinctively. FFO Burial, Floating Points, Joy Orbison, Caribou
