Really lovely intimate folk record this. Anjimile keeping things warm and open with soft acoustic guitars, little horn parts, strings drifting in and out and that very honest voice sitting right at the centre of it all. It feels really personal without ever getting heavy handed. Just beautifully written songs about change, loss, love and trying to trust life again after things fall apart a bit. Proper quiet headphones record.
