If you know Mammal Hands you already know the drill. Hypnotic piano lines, bass that just loops and loops, drums that barely raise their voice but still run the whole thing. Circadia is them doing that thing again but tighter, deeper, a bit more locked in. It’s not flashy jazz hands nonsense. It’s patient. Repetitive in the good way. The sort of record you stick on when the shop’s quiet and suddenly everyone’s browsing slower. Proper meditative but still moving. No cheese. Just mood and restraint.
