Big 80s synths, slick basslines, proper R&B phrasing, but still intimate enough that it doesn’t feel plastic. It’s glamorous without being cheesy, sensual without being daft. Cosmic groove meets retro pop, all held together by a voice that knows exactly what it’s doing. If you like your funk shiny but still human, this’ll do nicely.
