1986 and Metallica hit perfection. Eight tracks, no filler, just thrash epics with brains and bite. Crushing riffs, Hetfield’s bark, Cliff Burton’s bass wizardry - it’s the one even your ma knows belongs on the metal Mount Rushmore. FFO: Sabbath on speed, symphonies played through Marshalls, air-guitaring in the mirror, and anyone who still shouts “MASTER!” on cue.
