UK first press 1969. Record plays with a minor crackle in places, Sounds great all round. Sleeve has minor wear.
You know it. Everyone knows it. Still absolutely daft how good it is. Side one is hits and vibes pretending they’re just messing about. Side two is them calmly inventing the concept of the album ending properly and then walking away like it was no big deal. Ridiculous harmonies. Silly clever songs. A bass tone people are still chasing fifty odd years later. If this was new out today people would be unbearable about it. Fair play though. It earns it. Class.
