scrappy indie rock that sounds like it’s running slightly too fast for its own legs and that’s exactly why it works. fuzzy guitars, drums just about holding it together, vocals half falling out of the mix in a good way. bit messy, bit shouty, bit heart on sleeve without getting cringe about it. feels like it was recorded in one go and nobody bothered fixing anything. correct.
