Mdou Moctar absolutely tearing it up on this one. Ilana is desert rock played at full tilt. Blazing guitar solos flying everywhere, big grooves underneath and that hypnotic Tuareg rhythm pushing the whole thing forward. Feels like Hendrix got dropped in the Sahara and decided to just go for it. Proper exhilarating record.
