Beautiful bit of mellow jazz soul this. Gap Mangione floating between warm piano, flugelhorn and those lush arrangements that just glide along. Diana In The Autumn Wind has that proper late 70s glow to it. Smooth but never boring, loads of space and melody. The sort of record that makes everything feel a bit softer for forty minutes.
