Ridiculous label name. Lovely record though. The Gentle People turning up at the BBC and doing their oddball lounge pop thing live for John Peel. All soft electronics, space age bachelor pad moods and slightly strange little melodies floating about. Feels like kitsch easy listening beamed in from some parallel universe. Very charming, very odd.
