This one’s basically crooner heartbreak dragged through an indie bar at 2am. Big dramatic voice, proper old school romantic vibes, but the band behind it sound like they’ve been listening to too much Smiths and Echo & the Bunnymen. Bit moody, bit grand, bit dramatic in a good way. Feels like a lost record from some lad in a velvet jacket singing his heart out while the guitars swirl about the place. Surprisingly class.
