First press 2026.
Second round together and it sounds like a band that’s done 150 shows and decided subtlety is overrated. This is tight, road hardened, explosive stuff. Angular unison lines, huge improvisational waves, rhythm section absolutely locked after four decades of playing together, and James Brandon Lewis just detonating over the top.
It’s expansive, spontaneous, properly ambitious. Feels less like a project and more like a unit built to flatten stages. Genres getting politely escorted out the building. Serious heat.
