Sven Wunder’s Daybreak is the sound of morning stretching itself out. It cruises through flute, strings, brass, percussion and a rhythm section with cinematic ease. It’s moody but not heavy, sunlit but not sugary - kind of like drifting into consciousness rather than being shaken awake.
