Hooks sharp enough to take your eye out, icy synths, and lyrics that still cut right through. “Be Mine!” and “With Every Heartbeat” are basically bulletproof bangers, but the deep cuts hold up just as well. Still one of the best pop records of the 2000s and a proper turning point for her.
