The companion album to David Byrne’s wonderfully odd 1986 film of the same name. Less angular than their early work and more playful than Stop Making Sense, it’s packed with strange little pop experiments and sly hooks. “Wild Wild Life” was the hit, but the whole thing has that quirky Talking Heads charm that makes even the oddest tracks feel essential.
