David Holmes & Brian Irvine

This one’s a bit of a left turn. Holmes doing what he does but reined right in, loads of space, bits of spoken word, strings drifting in and out, everything feeling a bit fragile. Brian Irvine brings that slightly theatrical, off-kilter thing so it never settles into being just a soundtrack either, even though it sort of feels like one half the time. Proper Belfast brains on this. Not big tunes, more like scenes. You stick it on and it just quietly rearranges the room.
