Rare original Morrissey T-shirt from the 1991 Kill Uncle tour, featuring a huge blue-toned image of Harvey Keitel taken from Martin Scorsese’s 1967 film Who’s That Knocking at My Door?
Morrissey had originally hoped to use the image for The Smiths’ Strangeways, Here We Come. After repeatedly seeking Keitel’s permission, he was eventually allowed to use it for his 1991 tour merchandise and stage backdrop. Large Harvey Keitel print across the front with MORRISSEY 1991 printed across the back. In very good vintage condition with a beautifully aged print and light wear consistent with its age.
